VolumeStatsLabel puts the volume numbers you would otherwise work out by hand into a compact panel on your NinjaTrader 8 chart, updated tick by tick.
What the panel shows
- Price and the current bar’s OHLC
- Today against the 30-day average — both figures and today as a percentage, so an unusually heavy session is obvious immediately
- This bar against the 30-bar average — the same comparison at bar scale
- Sell-side share — the split between buying and selling pressure, colour-coded so the dominant side reads at a glance
Why it helps
Volume only means something relative to what is normal. Having both comparisons on the chart means no switching windows and no arithmetic in your head mid-session.
