5. Software Telemetry (NinjaTrader Products)

Separately from the Website, all NinjaTrader strategies, indicators, and add-ons distributed by BadBuddha Customs LLC transmit limited operational telemetry to our servers. This telemetry is limited to:

• Installation events (when the software is installed or updated)
• Session start events (when the software is loaded and begins running)
• The product name and version in use
• The license identifier associated with the installation

Because telemetry is transmitted over the internet, our servers also receive the IP address the request originates from, as is the case with any network connection.

We use this telemetry to verify active licenses, detect unauthorized use, understand which product versions are in active use, and support troubleshooting. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

What our software does not transmit. Our software does not send us your trading data, order or position history, profit and loss figures, brokerage account numbers, account balances, strategy parameters, or chart data. That information remains on your computer.

Telemetry is a functional requirement of the software and cannot be disabled, as it is integral to license validation and enforcement. If you do not consent to this collection, do not install or use the software. See our EULA for the corresponding license terms.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption, firewalls, and secure server environments. However, no system is 100% secure. Use the Website at your own risk.
